Albers COPABE Player of the Year
OTTAWA-COPABE (Confederacy Pan American Baseball) has named Baseball Canada the Federation of the Year for 2011 and named National Team player Andrew Albers (North Battleford, SK) as its Senior Male Athlete of the Year for 2011.

Molleken Makes His Mlb Spring Training Debut With the Colorado Rockies
Regina's Dustin Molleken made his 2012 MLB Spring Training debut today (March 3) in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Andrew Albers Named 2011 Sask Sport Male Athlete of the Year
Andrew Albers, 26, helped Team Canada win bronze at the World Cup of Baseball international competition in Panama. In this competition, he pitched against competing teams from the Netherlands, Puerto Rico and Taipei.

Canada Defeats Usa to Win Gold Medal Game at Pan Am Games
Canada defeats USA 2-1 in the Gold Medal Game at the Pan AM games in Mexico. Andrew Albers (North Battleford) was the starting and winning pitcher and went 6.1 innings while striking out 8 batters!
Schulz & Toffan Invited to Baseball Canada National Junior Team Tryout
Baseball Canada announced the preliminary roster of players that will travel to St. Petersburg, FL in March as part of the Junior National Team’s Spring Training Alumni Week.
