Good Afternoon Coaches/Team Organizers
We are extending an invitation to participate in the 2026 Wally Footz Memorial Classic prior to the poster being up on Baseball Albertas website.
Wally Footz was an instrumental part of baseball in Alberta for over 35 years so to celebrate all that he was and share his legacy we are hosting a memorial tournament at the Diamond that was named for him.
Location: Wally Footz Field (12104 70 St. NW, Edmonton AB)
Dates: May 15-18 , 2026
Divisions Offered: 18U AAA- 6 team maximum
Entry Fee: $900 CAD per team + 1 Dozen Basbealls
Tournament Features
Minimum four-game guarantee.
All games will be played under Baseball Alberta Rules. BBCOR and wood/wood composite bats will be permitted.
All games will have a 2 hour time limit.
Concession will be open all weekend with Burgers, Hot Dogs etc.
